假性腰椎间盘膨出的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Pseudodisc Bulge in Lumbar Vertebrae

为提高对假性腰椎间盘膨出的认识，分析了17例因椎体引起的假性椎间盘腰膨出的CT表现，其中相邻腰椎缘平面大小不一10例，椎体缘磨用样改变4例，二者并存的2例，脊柱过度前凸1例。CT显示的17例L4－L5椎间盘膨出并不大于相邻较大椎缘平面，且无腰椎间盘膨出的伴随征象。因此，CT诊断腰椎间盘膨出时应注意膨出的椎间盘与相邻椎体平面大小比较，以发现假性椎间盘膨出。

In order to get more knowledge of lumbar pseudodisc bulge, CT findings in 17 patients with pseudodisc bulge resulting from lumbar vertebral body were analysed, including 10 cases of different sizes of axial images in the adjacent vertebral body margins; 4 cases of horn-wore lesion of vertebral body margins; 2 cases of both pathological changes and 1 case of overlordosis.There were the similar CT demonstrations of the bulging disc at L4-L5 without complications,but it was smaller than the adjacent vertebral body planes in all cases. The lumbar bulging disc should be compared with the adjacent vertebral body planes to reveal the lumhar pseudodisc bulge in CT scans.
