摘要
在阐释高校高层次人才内涵的基础上,通过对高层次人才特征的分析,提出激励高层次人才的四大非物质措施,为制订吸引、留住和激励高层次人才政策提供借鉴。
Based on the connotation of senior talents in colleges and universities and on the analysis of their characteristics, four immaterial measures are proposed as reference for making policies to attract, retain and inspire senior talents.
