The Ci anthology of Seven Ci Poets of Song Dynasty compiled by GE Zan was the representative anthology of Wu Zhong ci group in the middle period of Qing dyrtasty. It has been spread abroad through annotation by DU Wen - lan, and been regarded as the perfect anthology by ZHU Zu - mou and put forward the five methods of emendation. The main opinions of the anthology such as partial choice of ci poems of South Song and strict with the tonal pattern and rhyme scheme, etc. have exercised a great influence on the Ci poems during Guangxu and Xuantong periods.
