对原版英文图书利用率低的思考——以遵义医学院图书馆为例

医学英文图书专业性比较强,西部地区的英语水平相对薄弱,英语人才也比较匮乏,能看懂原版英文图书的人也少。针对这一情况,从图书的采购、图书馆现状、学生状况以及教师队伍的现状,提出提高英文图书利用率的几点看法。

Medical books in English are specialized books. English level of people in the west area is relatively low. The number of people who can read English is small. To deal with the situation, some views are presented in the perspective of book purchasing, present conditions of the library, conditions of students and teachers.
