摘要 研究播种密度对萝卜芽苗菜产量和品质的影响,以期为高产高效栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:播种密度对萝卜芽苗菜的产量和Vc含量有着重要的影响,而对蛋白质含量影响较小。播种密度为850 g/m2时产量较高,而成本最低,同时Vc含量达到最高(23.34 mg/kgFW),因此为较合适的播种密度。 The effects of seeding density on yield, protein and vitamin C content of radish sprout seeding was researched in order to providing a theoretical basis for good quality and high-yield cultivation. 5 sowing density as 677.850、1 010、 1 182、1 355 g/m2 were designed and the sprout cultivation was the same to conventional cultivation. Results showed so- wing density had an important influence on the yield and vitamin C content of radish sprout seeding, and had little effect on protein content. The highest content of vitamin C, lowest cost and higher yield were obtained when the seeding densi- ty was 850 g/m2, and it's a suitable planting density.
