教育信息化是国家信息化建设中重要的基础部分，它的进步必然需要教师信息素养的提高。那么什么是信息素养？什么是教师信息素养？又该如何开展提高教师信息素养的工作？这些问题搞清楚了，才能全面落实教师信息素养的提高。而教师也只有具备良好的信息素养，才能更好地以学生为本，为学生的研究性学习提供广阔的空间、大量研究资料和良好的学习指导，保证教育的可持续发展。

Education informationization is an important basic part of the national informatization construction, which advancement needs improvement of teachers＇ information quality. However, what is information quality？ What is teachers＇ information quality？ And how can teachers＇ information quality be improved？ Only when these problems were solved, we can extensively improve teachers＇ information quality so that teachers possess good information quality. They can further offer individual students amplitude space, sizable study data and favorable learning guidance for students＇ research study to ensure education＇ s Sustainable Development.
