为了提高公文管理的效率，运用统一建模语言协助公文管理自动化系统的开发，通过用例图、静态模型以及动态模型等方式描述整个系统，使软件开发人员能够更加合理地理解软件需求并进行高效率的设计。
In order to improve the efficiency of document management, assist the development of document management automation system by using the unified modeling language, the entire system is described through the use of case diagram, static model and dynamic model and so on, and to have software developers design with high efficiency with a more reasonable understanding of software requirements.
