摘要
概述了弧焊过程视觉传感的基本原理,根据TIG焊弧光光谱理论,采用CCD成像技术,通过辅助光源及窄带复合滤光技术,抑制弧光的干扰获得清晰图像的措施,讨论了视觉传感提取焊接熔池图像特征信息处理和边缘检测的各种方法及实践应用,分析了经典PID控制、模糊控制、神经网络控制和专家系统等控制技术在视觉传感焊缝质量控制、焊缝跟踪中的应用发展。
The basic principles of vision sensor in the arc welding process are reviewed in this paper. Based on the theory of TIG welding arc spectrum, CCD imaging technique is exploited by means of auxiliary lighting source and composite filtering. The technique restrains arc interference and clear images are gained. It is discussed methods and applications of vision sensor seeking out molten pool image feature and information processing and edge detection. Applications and developments of control technology such as classical PID control, fuzzy control, neural network on seam quality control and seam tracking are also analyzed.
