前路减压术治疗脊柱爆裂性骨折

Treatment of Burst Fractures of Spine byAnterior Decompression

本文报告了１１例脊柱爆裂性骨折伴脊髓神经损伤患者，经脊柱前路减压治疗的经过。术后按Ｆｒａｎｋｅｌ神经功能标准评定患者脊髓神经功能恢复情况，发现１１例患者中神经功能改善在２级以上者４例，神经功能改善在１级以上者３例，改善在３级以上者１例，神经功能无明显改善者３例。手术有效率７２７３％。文中讨论了前路减压手术的合理性，技巧。认为：前路减压能有效的去除硬脊膜前方的压迫。

e reported 11 cases who suffer in burst fracture of spine with paralysis treated by anterior decompressed of vertebral cavity.After assessment that according to Frankle's standards followed clinical obviation,we found all panties had good results that restoration of their spinal card postopreation.There were 4 cases among all patients the function of their spinal cord was improved 2 gradation than that in the peropreation,and 3 cases had at least 1 gradation improvement there was 1 case had 3 gradation improvement than the peropreation.But 3 cases had no improvement.The effective ratio of this operation was 72.73%.In this paper the indications and the management during interoperative and postoperative was discussed.We thinking this operation can removed the object that compressed spinal cord from anterior of vertebral cavity and improved the restoration for the function of spinal cord of incomplete paralysis patients.
