摘要
采用三步精馏法从C5馏分分离产生的抽余液中分离制备3-甲基-1-丁烯,考察了工艺条件对精馏效率的影响。结果表明,采用该方法可得到纯度大于95%的3-甲基-1-丁烯,总收率为65.79%。脱轻塔中,于塔釜压力为0.35MPa,回流比为11—15,塔顶馏出率为0.34的最佳条件下操作时,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率为98.18%。浓缩塔中,于塔釜压力为0.20MPa,回流比为25,塔顶馏出率为0.26的最佳条件下操作时,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率为85.71%。精制塔中,于塔釜压力为0.20MPa,回流比为20~25,塔顶馏出率为0.26的最佳条件下操作时,3-甲基-1-丁烯收率为78.18%。
The 3 - methyl - 1 - butene was prepared with the raffinate of Cs fraction extracting separation as feed stock by three - stage rectification process, and the effect of processing conditions on rectification efficiency was investigated. The results showed that the purpose product with a purity of over 95% and a total yield of 65.79% could be obtained from the process. In light fraction removal column, the product yield could reach 98. 18% at a pressure of 0. 35 MPa,a reflux ration of 11 - 15 and a distillate ration of0. 26;in coneentration column,the product yield could reach 85.71% at a pressure of 0. 20 MPa, a reflux ration of 25 and a distillate ration of 0. 26;and in refining column, the product yield could reach 78.8% at a pressure of 0.20 MPa, a reflux ration of 20 - 25 and a distillate ratio of 0. 26.
