高空速低成本重整预加氢催化剂RS-20的制备 被引量:1

摘要 制备了高空速低成本重整预加氢催化剂RS-20,对载体筛选、载体处理及活性组分组成进行了研究,并对所制备的催化剂进行了活性、稳定性及适应性的评价。结果表明,RS-20催化剂对直馏汽油有良好的适应性,空速高,反应温度低,活性稳定性好,能够满足工业上长周期运转的需要。RS-20催化剂与RS-1活性相当,成本降低15%~20%;与进口催化剂相比,达到相同加氢深度时反应温度比进口催化剂A低20℃。氧化铝载体经水蒸气改性后,孔径分布向大的方向移动,小于4nm的无效孔明显减少,还能抑制NiO与Al2O3相互作用生成尖晶石结构,提高催化剂活性。适宜的水蒸气改性条件是:处理温度为580—620℃,时间为3—5h,V(水蒸气)/V(空气)为2~5。 The pre-hydrogenation catalyst RS- 20 with low price and high space velocity for reforming feedstock was prepared, the selection of carrier, the treating method of carrier and the composition were researched, and the activity, stability and suitability of the catalyst were evaluated. The results showed that RS -20 had high space velocity,low reaction temperature ,high activity and stability in distilled gasoline pre -hydrogenation and could meet the need of long running production. The activity of RS - 20 was similar to RS - 1, while its price was reduced by 15% -20%. Compared to the same species import catalyst, the reaction temperature of RS -20 reduced by 20 ℃ at the same degree of hydrogenation. After treated by water vapor, the number of bigger pore increased in pore size distribution of carrier aluminum oxide, for this reason, the spinel structure formed by interaction between nickel oxide and aluminum oxide was inhibited and the catalyst activity was improved. The optimal treating condition of water vapor was:temperature of 580 -620℃, time of 3 - 5 h, volume ratio of vapor to air 2 - 5.
