摘要
在中国石油独山子石化公司裂解汽油一段加氢装置上进行了LY-2008催化剂的工业应用。结果表明,LY-2008在反应器人口温度为40~87℃,压力为2.6~2.7MPa,新鲜油空速为1.5~2.8h,进料量为15~21m^3/h,循环比(体积比)为2.47~7.00的操作条件下,连续运行6个月产品中苯乙烯质量分数小于1.5%,可达到指标要求。在空速稍高的条件下运转,LY-2008催化剂的入1:3温度和产品苯乙烯均低于HTC-200,表明LY-2008的活性和选择性优于HTC-200。
Nickel based catalyst LY -2008 was applied in the first stage of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. The results showed that after running for 6 months at the condition of inlet temperature 40 - 87℃, reaction pressure 2.6 - 2.7 MPa, fresh oil space velocity 1.5 - 2.8 h^-1 , the mass fraction of styrene in hydrogenation product was less than 1.5%.At the condition of higher fresh oil space velocity, the inlet temperature and the mass fraction of styrene in production applied LY -2008 were both lower than HTC - 200, showing activity and selectivity of LY- 2008 was superior to HTC -200.
