摘要
利用中国石油乌鲁木齐石油化工公司产生的含汞污泥进行路砖的制作,对含汞污泥及其所制备的路砖中的有害成分进行了对比,并对路砖的强度进行了检测。结果表明,石化工业含汞污泥中含有汞、铅、镍、铜、铬、砷、镉等多种有害物质,其浸出液中汞、铅、铜的质量浓度严重超标;将含汞污泥制作成路砖后,其浸出液中的汞、铅、铜等污染物的质量浓度分别降低了98.3%,98.5%,90.9%,远远低于污染物标准限值,路砖的抗压强度可达到52.0 MPa以上,可满足使用要求。
The paving brick was prepared using the mercury -containing sludge from Urumqi Petrochemical Company, the hazardous components in sludge and in paving brick were compared, and the strength of paving brick was measured. The results showed that waste mercury sludge include Hg,Pb, Ni, Cu, Cr and As, and the mass concentration of Hg,Pb,Cu in the extracting solution of sludge were over proof, while the mass concentration of Hg, Pb, Cu extracted from paving brick reduced by about 98.3% ,98.5% and 90.9% ,respectively. The paving brick had a strength of over 52.0 MPa and could be used in paving.
