液态烃分离装置扩能改造分析

摘要 为扩大液态烃的处理能力,提高精丙烯产量,中国石化洛阳分公司宏力化工厂对液态烃分离装置进行了扩能改造。结果表明,采用B型导向浮阀塔板替换原F1型浮阀塔板,脱乙烷塔顶冷凝由内回流改成外冷凝加外回流,扩大丙烯脱水等改造措施,可使装置处理能力由原来的6.6万t/a提高到13万t/a,丙烯纯度达99.52%,高于设计指标值;加工损失率为2.9%,各项技术指标均优于改造前。 To expand the capacity of liquefied hydrocarbon separation unit and improve the yield of propylene,the liquefied hydrocarbon separation unit of Hongli Chemical Plant of Luoyang Petrochemical Company was revamped. The results showed that by way of B - type floating valve tray instead of F1 type, outside reflux and condensation instead of inside reflux for condensator at the top of deethanizer,enlarging propylene dehydration system and so on, the capacity of unit was improved from 66 kt /a to 130 kt / a,the purity of propylene reached 99.52% higher than design value,loss ratio was 2.9% , and all the technological index values were better than before.
