摘要
以硫酸铵作为超稳分子筛交换降钠工艺中的交换介质,研究了交换介质及稀土盐加入方式对RE2O3利用率及过滤性能的影响。结果表明,采用硫酸铵与硝酸稀土盐分步加入、分步交换的方式,可提高滤饼中RE2O3的含量,并能保证产品性能与以氯化铵为交换介质的产品相当;硫酸铵与稀土盐混合加入时易生成沉淀,物料交换过滤时间长,单位时间内过滤处理能力较低。
With ammonium sulfate as exchange of medium in reducing sodium process of ultra - stable Y zeolite, the effects of kinds of exchange medium and rare earth salt adding model on the use ratio of rare earth oxide and filtrability were investigated. The results showed that the mass fraction of rare earth oxide in filter cake could be improved by stepwise addition and exchange of ammonium sulfate and rare earth nitrate,and the product property was similar to product with When the mixture ammonia chloride as medium of ammonium sulfate and rare earth salt was added, the filter time was long and filter efficiency was low for much deposit was produced.
