摘要
基于有限元分析及瞬态响应特性分析理论,将ANSYS软件和Pro/Engineer软件相结合,利用数据表进行阶跃式施加动载荷,分析了直齿圆锥齿轮在计其轴向力在内的动态载荷作用下齿根复杂的应力状态。得出了特定工况下完全齿及部分齿的齿根等效弯曲动应力的分布区域和变化规律;将相对精确的有限元解与传统计算方法的解进行比较,得出了完全齿有限元解的精确性、传统计算方法的实用性及部分齿有限元解的不可靠性的结论。
The dynamic stress at the tooth root of a spur bevel gear under the loads including the axis force is analyzed in this paper based on the theory of finite element analysis and transient response character analysis by combining the software ANSYS and Pro/Engineer and using a datasheet to load. The distribution area and its variation rule of the equivalent flexural stress at the rooth toot are obtained in the situations of entive toothes and partial toothes under a special working condition. Some conclusions have been obtained too after comparing the finite element solution with the solution obtained foom the troditional method and those are the finite elemeut solution of an entire toothes is of accuracy,the traditional caculation solution is applied and the finite elemeut solution of a partial toothes is uncertain.
