摘要
采用煎煮法、加水研磨法、蒸馏法制取黄芩、黄连、鱼腥草中药原液,利用平板稀释法对产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌菌株进行了体外抑菌试验。结果表明:用煎煮法提取的黄连和黄芩原液对产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌菌株的最小抑菌浓度(M IC)分别为7.81 mg/mL、31.25 mg/mL;加水研磨法提取的黄连原液对产β-内酰胺酶葡萄球菌菌株的M IC为62.50 mg/mL;蒸馏法制备的3种中药原液、煎煮及加水研磨法制备的鱼腥草原液、加水研磨法制取的黄芩原液对产β-内酰胺酶的葡萄球菌均没有抑菌作用。
Solution of bailal skullcap, goldthread and houttllynia were prepared by the deeocting , grinding with water and the distillation. The minimum inhibitory eonlentrations of goldthread and baikal skullcap were 7.81 mg/mL and 31.25 mg/mL by the deeocting. The minimum inhibitory eonlentrations of goldthread were 62.50 mg/mL by grinding with water. Then the houllynia did not iuhibite β-laetamase Staphylococcus aureus by threr paration methods. The baikal skullcap did not inhibite β -laetamase Staphylococcus aureus by grinding with water.
