摘要
目的:探讨深静脉穿刺置管术并发症及处理对策。方法:通过对1 862例次深静脉置管结果的回顾性分析,探讨并发症的原因及其处理措施。结果:深静脉穿刺成功率99.7%,共发生相关并发症128例次(6.8%)。其中,心律失常28例次(1.5%),穿刺点异常出血51例次(2.7%),气胸2例次(0.1%),误穿动脉38例次(2.0%),死亡1例。在长时间留置管的1 074例次中,感染56例次(5.2%),深静脉导管堵塞39例次(3.6%)。结论:深静脉穿刺置管术具有一定的风险,需从多方面、多环节予以防范。
Objective： To investigate the complications of central venus catheterization and the method of treatment. Methods： 1 862 cases undergone central venus catheterization in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively for exploring the causes of complications and the way to deal with. Results： The successful rate of catheterization was 99.7%. All kinds of complications occurred in 128 cases（6.8% ）, including in 28 cases of arrhythmia（1.5 % ）, 51 cases of local hemorrhage（2.7% ）, 2 cases of pneumothorax（0.1% ）, 38 cases of puncturing the artery by mistake （2.0%）, 1 case died;56 cases of infection（5.2% ） and 39 cases of occlusion of catheter （3.6%） among 1 074 cases long- time preserved. Conclusion： Central venus catheterization has certain risk, more attentions should be paid to prevent from the occurrence of complications in various ways.
