甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病46例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 46 Hyperthyroidism Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的临床特点及疗效。方法对46例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果性别以女性居多,高代谢症状常见;不少患者糖尿病临床症状不典型,仅因血糖检查发现糖尿病的患者20例,占43.5%;患者治疗效果良好,甲亢控制后降糖药物剂量有所下降。结论建议甲状腺功能亢进症患者均应进行血糖检验,糖尿病患者也应行甲状腺功能测验,以免误诊。

Objective To investigate the clinical features in hyperthyroid patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods A total of 46 hyperthyroidism patients with DM were analyzed retrospectively. Results The feminine patients had the high incidence, and the high metabolism symptom was very common;In 20（43.5%） of the patients, the clinical symptoms of DM were atypical, and the diagnosis of DM only due to the measurement of blood glucose;All patients could obtain effective therapy,and the medicine dose for the treatment of DM was reduced after the effective therapy for hyperthyroidism. Conclusion Suggest that the measurement of blood glucose should be carried out in hyperthyroidism patients, and thyroid function test should also be performed in diabetic patients, in order to reduce the misdiagnosis.
