摘要
由于各级政府体育公共服务事权、财权不对称,体育公共组织不健全,目前我国体育公共服务发展机制还无法实现均等化目标;体育公共服务要分阶段发展,实现区域均等是体育公共服务发展的战略目标,逐步实现城乡之间的均等、人与人之间的均等发展战略;我国体育公共服务表现的突出问题,与体育公共服务制度缺失有关。
Due to the asymmetry of administrating and financial rights among sports public service of governments at all levels, as well as the unsoundness of sports public organizations, the development mechanism of sports public services still can not achieve the goal of equalization in current China. Stage development of sports public services and realization of region equalization are the strategic goals of sports public service development to achieve equality step by step hetween urban and rural areas as well as between man and man. The prominent problems ahout sports public service in China are related to the lack of its system.
