为了使技能主导类同场对抗性项群的技术训练更加符合自身的规律,提高训练效率,我们在研究该项群运动技术训练特点的基础上,通过专家调查,对技能主导类同场对抗性项群技术训练原则进行了理论及实证性研究,并得出8条该项群技术训练原则。

To coincide with the law of technical training of skill dominated same field competition event＆group, and increase the training efficiency, we study the principle of technique training of skill dominated same field competition event＆group theoretically and empirically, and gain 8 training principles by the experts＇ research on the base of the study on the training characteristics of the sports event＆group.
