浙江省高职院校体育师资队伍结构现状及其对策思考

Thinking on the Structure,Current Status and Countermeasures of Physical Education Teachers in Zhejiang Professional Colleges

高等职业教育强化内涵建设,提升教育教学质量,关键在于师资队伍建设。体育教师队伍的建设对优化学校师资整体结构,强化学生职业综合素质教育,丰富职工体育文化生活等具有积极意义。以浙江省《学校体育工作条例》督查资料为主要依据,分析了目前我省高职院校体育教师的基本结构特征,提出了进一步加强高职体育教师队伍"规模量化、队伍优化、素质强化"等对策建议。

It lain in the building of the teachers tearn that higher professional education strengthened meaning and enhanced the quality of education and teaching. The building of PE teachers positive significance for optimizing the overall structure of leacher education, concluding a harmonious team teaching, and strengthening the professional quality education of students, landscaping sports and cultural life of workers. The paper analyzed current basic structural characteristics of physical education teachers of our province higher professional colleges, furthernore, we advised that the professional college need strengthening the building of physical educalion teachers to quantify the size, the team of optimization, the quality of strengthening based on Zhejiang province Regulations on the Work of School Sports.
