摘要
目的:观察大鼠大强度离心运动后不同时相骨骼肌结构及血IL-6、CK、CK-MM和Ca2+的变化。方法:40只大鼠分为对照组和运动组,运动组又分为运动后即刻组、24h组、48h组和72h组。运动组完成一次性跑台离心运动。观察各组比目鱼肌结构及血IL-6、CK、CK-MM和Ca2+的变化。结果①运动后大鼠比目鱼肌出现损伤性改变,运动后24~48h较为严重;②运动后即刻血浆IL-6显著增高,随后逐渐下降,72h再次显著增高;③运动后CK和CK-MM先升后降,但差异不显著;④运动后Ca2+持续降低,显著低于对照组。结论:血浆IL-6可能与由剧烈运动导致的肌肉损伤有关。CK和CK-MM更适用于个体自身的纵向比较。
Ohjective: To observe the changes of muscle structure and the blood IL-6, CK, CK-MM.Ca^2+ after eccentric exercise. Metbods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group and exercise group. Exercise group were divided into subgroups of immediately after exercise, 24h after exercise, 48h after exercise, 72h after exercise. Rats of exercise group were forced to have once treadmill (19-21m/rain, -16°, 90min) test. To observe the changes of soleus muscle and the blood IL-6, CK, CK-MM, Ca^2+. Results: (1)The ultrastructure of muscle changed obviously after exercise. The changes were most serious at 24h-48h after exercise. (2)Plasm IL-6 increased significantly in instant, whereafter keep on decreasing, and increased significantly again in 72h. (3)Serum CK and CK-MM increased after exercise, decreased in 72h. (4).Serum Ca^2+ level decreased significantly after exercise. Conclusion: Results indicated IL- 6 could be an important index for determining skeletal muscle damage. The individual variation of CK and CK-MM is tremendous, so they fit the comparison of intrasubject.
