An Investigation and Research on the Career Identity of the PE Teachers in the Middle School

摘要 通过问卷调查分析了中学体育教师职业认同的现状以及个人背景变量与职业认同的相关关系。结果表明:中学体育教师职业认同处于中等水平,在年龄、学历、工作地点变量上中学体育教师职业认同存在显著差异。 The research has analyzed the career identity of the PE teachers in the middle school present situation as well as the personal background variable and the career identity correlational dependence through the questionnaire survey. The resuh indicated that the PE teachers' career identity in the middle school is in the medium level. In age , school record, operating location variable, the career identity of the PE teacher in the middle school existence remarkable difference.
