摘要
结合实例详细阐述由集成运算放大器组成的积分电路的分析方法,并利用PSpice所提供的脉冲信号源及瞬态分析功能,解决了以往受传统实验仪器设备限制而难以验证的问题。这里首次对运算放大器工作在非线性区时的积分电路给出了精确的理论推导,得出当输入信号出现反向脉冲时,由于电容的充、放电可能导致积分电路输出电压变化延迟的结论,并由仿真结果证明了理论分析的正确性。
With examples, the analytical method of integrating circuit composed of integrated operational amplifier is described in detail. Utilizing impulse signal and transient analyzing function of PSpice,the problem of difficult verification due to the limit of traditional laboratory apparatus is solved. It is the first time that precise theoretical deduction of integrating circuit when the integrated operational amplifier is working in the nonlinear area is given. The output voltage in integrating circuit may delay due to the charge and discharge of capacitance when input signal is inverse pulse. The results of PSpice are provided to prove the correctness of theoretical analysis.
