简介了武汉重型铸锻厂生产电站用大直径高压锅炉管生产线的主要工艺和设备技术以及可生产的产品。通过几年来的生产试制、性能评定（鉴定）以及生产工艺的不断完善，已成功建立了健全的钢管生产质量保证体系，形成了年产大直径电站用无缝钢管2万t的生产能力。

Introduced in the article are the main aspects concerning the production line oflarge-sized hi-pressure boiler pipes for power station purpose and boiler-making purpose,includingmajor process and equipment technologies as well as the product mix. A complete quality assurancesystem has been set up and the production line has so far a capacity up to 20,000 tonnes of largesized seamless steel pipes for power station purpose yearly owing to the trial operation, performance evaluation and consistent improvement on the manufacturing process carried out over thepast years.
