虾类中五氯苯酚残留的气相色谱分析

Determination of the Pentachlorophenol Residue in Shrimps by Gas Chromatography

本文建立了养殖虾类中PCP气相色谱检测方法,当样品中添加1.0～100μg/kg浓度梯度时,平均回收率在83.0%～101%,精密度在5.24%～11.3%,方法检测限为1.0μg/kg,该方法操作简单方便、重复性和稳定性好,适合实验室分析。

In the paper, A GC method for the determination of Pentachlorophenol（PCP） residue in shrimps was established.The detection Emits of PCP were 1.0 μg/kg,the average recoveries between 83.0% - 101% and the relative standard deviations between 5.24% - 11.3% were obtained when 1.0,5.0,10.0,50.0 and 100 μg/kg standards were added to the blank samples. It was easy to operate,high sensitivity and accuracy of the method assured which were suit for lab analyses.
