摘要
我国新一轮的基础教育课程改革对普通高等师范院校英语专业的发展提出了新的挑战。从事英语教育专业教学的教师该如何应对新形势下的教学改革,其行为研究对提高高校教育质量,培养新型人才有着极其重要的作用和影响。对师范院校英语专业的教师该如何更新英语专业教学的理念,改革教学模式和课程设置,尽快调整自己在教学中的角色,加大对师范生各种能力的培养以适应其未来职业等问题进行了探讨。
The new round of the New Curriculum Revolution in the basic education has newly challenged the development of English major in average initial teachers' college. How to face the teaching revolution in the new situation for the teachers who undertake teaching in normal schools and the study of their behaviors have played the critical roles, which promotes the improvement of the education quality and training of the new-type talents in higher school. This article probes into how to promote the changes of teachers' educational ideas, and the teaching models as well as the course designs for English-major students so that they can meet the requirements of their teaching careers in the future.
