摘要 利用常压等离子体可实现气缸套快速扫描多元共渗。总硬化层深度>100μm,显微硬度927HV0.05(67HRC)。95型硼铸铁气缸套室内快速磨损试验表明:等离子体多元共渗气缸套具有优异的耐磨及配副性能,与不作处理的气缸套相比,耐磨性提高20%,配副活塞环耐磨性提高约17%,达优等标准,且成本低,生产过程稳定,效率高(每只缸套处理时间≤1.5min)。 It is brought about multicomponent cementation and heattreatment using ordinary pressure plasma The depth of total harden layer is more than 100μm and the microhardness is 927HV0 05. After the experiment of quick wearing in home for type of 95 cast cylinder,it is shown the multicomponent cementation cylinder is provided with well wearability and matching ability,the wear resistant increases 20%,the wearability of matching piston ring increases 17%(comparing to cylinder untreatment),reaching to excellent grade standard The cost is low,the procedure of production is steady,the production efficiency is high (the treating time of each cylinder is less than 1 5min)
