南水北调工程是调节我国水资源时空分布不均、实现水资源合理利用以及优化配置的重要工程。目前爆发的金融危机对于南水北调工程来说既是一次挑战,也是一次机遇。分析金融危机对南水北调工程的某些影响,从一个侧面探讨了金融危机带来的不利因素和有利因素,并从南水北调工程自身的角度,提出科学制定水价、广开融资渠道,控制工程投资、强化管理,保障资金安全等3方面的应对措施。
