摘要
近日，黄海造船有限公司与烟台打捞局签订了“10000kW起抛锚拖带供应船建造合同”。预计交船日期为2010年12月。该船是我局继“德翔”轮之后建造的又一艘功率大于10000kW的拖轮，该船的建造将大大提高我局的海上应急抢险救助、远洋拖航和海洋石油服务能力。
Recently, Huanghai Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd has signed a construction contract of over 10000 kW anchoring pulling tender with Yantai Salvage Department. Anticipated delivery time is Dec 2010. The tender is another one with power over 10000 kW after Dexiang. It will greatly improve the department＇s ability to handle emergency and exercise salvage, and provide services of ocean pulling and petroleum.
