征地移民规划是工程设计的重要组成部分,是切实落实科学发展观的重要载体和实现途径,是实现工程建设与移民和谐发展的保障。结合征地移民规划及审查工作,提出几点问题需关注、一些倾向应予以避免、几个关系需妥善处理,以资为征地移民工作尽一份微薄之力。

Land acquisition and Resettlement is the important part of the project designing, which is the way to achieve the development with the scientific view and to guarantee the realization of the project construction and resettlement developing harmoniously. In the paper, some concerns and tendency being avoided, some relations to deal with are brought forward.
