变换体位法在肾积水患者IVU检查中的应用价值

Application Value of Changing Posture in Patients with Hydronephrosis IVU Examination

目的探讨变换体位法在肾积水患者IVU检查中的应用价值。方法应用DR(直接数字化X线摄影)对100例肾积水患者进行检查,对于显影不良的患者采取变换体位的方法再次检查,如由仰卧变为俯卧或立位。结果100例中32例输尿管显示不清,变为俯卧位后28例显示清晰,另4例变为立位后3例显示清晰,1例仍显示不清。结论变换体位法对肾积水患者来说,是一种很好的检查方法,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of changing posture in patients with hydronephrosis IVU（intravenous urography） examination. Methods 100 patients with hydronephrosis were examined with DR （Direct Digital Radiography）, if the imaging of patients ureter were ambiguous, we change the patients posture and examine again, such as： from supine to prone or to standing position. Results 32 of 100 cases showed unclear ureter, after changing to the prone position 28 cases showed clear, the other four cases showed unclear, 3 cases of them showed clear after changing to the standing position, 1 case showed unclear at last. Conclusion To the patients with hydronephrosis, changing posture in the examination is a good method, which is worth promoting.
