摘要
大学中考试舞弊日益严重的现象对高校考风考纪建设提出了新的要求,借鉴行为科学的GONE理论,从贪婪、机会、需求和暴露4因子的防范措施出发,提出了加强考德建设,提倡诚信意识;更新人才观念,创新考试方式;优化激励机制,完善考评方法;严肃考试纪律,加强违纪惩处等四个方面的考风考纪治理机制。
The phenomenon of ever increasing fraudulent practices in university has brought out new demand for examination dis- cipline, referred to GONE theory of behavior science, considered of preventing measures of greed, opportunity, need and exposure factors, the governance mechanism for examination discipline are designed, which includes strengthening ethic culture, advocating sincerity conseiousness; refreshing manpower conception, innovating examination mode; optimizing stimulation man- ner, perfecting appraisal method; regarding examination discipline, enhancing violator punishment.
