地方院校教学管理人本理念的缺失与构建

On the Deficiency and Construction of People-oriented Philosophy of Teaching Management in Local Universities

人本化思想渐成高教办学思想的重要内容。地方性院校教学管理存在人文观念落后、管理制度僵化等问题。构建地方性院校人本化的教学管理应从树立以人为本的高等教育理念、构建以人为本的评价体系等方面着手。

The people--oriented philosophy is becoming important content of the schooling idea in higher education. There exists deficiencies of backwardness of the concepts of humanity and stererotype of the management systems in teaching management in local universities. To construt the people--oriented teaching management in such colleges should pay stress on establishing a people--centered notion of higher education and building up a people--oriented evaluation system.
