摘要 近年来,我国的高职教育得到了长足的发展,然而其科研活动却大多处于起步阶段。如何有效地激发和调动高职院校科研人员积极性、主动性和创造性,最大限度地发挥科研人员的潜力,使他们在科研工作中处于最佳状态,从而主动致力于提升学校科研质量和效率,已是摆在科研管理者面前的一个重要命题。本文试图在解析激励理论的基础上,探寻高职院校科研管理思路和对策。 High--vocation education has obtained very large progess in recent years. However,their scientific research activities just started. How to arouse effectively the enthusiasm, activiey and creativity of researchers of higher voeational school, and bring their roles into maximum play, which make them into the best state in the scientific research ,and raise driving scientific quality and efficiency of school,the most problem has been faced by the administrative personnel. This paper makes a diseussion about scientific research management thread of higher vocational school based on encouragement theory.
