摘要
目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌中第二个线粒体来源的胱氨酸酶激活剂(Smac)蛋白与雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)表达的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化链霉菌亲生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法检测80例乳腺浸润性导管癌及15例正常乳腺组织中Smac的表达,分析Smac与ER及PR的关系。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌中Smac的阳性表达率低于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。ER阳性组Smac阳性表达率高于ER阴性组(P<0.05);PR阳性组和阴性组之间Smac阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋巴结转移组Smac阳性表达率高于未转移组(P<0.05)。结论Smac与ER联合检测是判断乳腺浸润性导管癌患者预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of the second mitochondria-derived activator of caspase (Smac) proteins and the receptors for estrogen and progestogen in breast invasive ductal cancer and its significance. Methods Streptavidin-peroxidase was used to detect the expression of the Smac proteins and estrogen receptors (ER) and progestogen receptors (PR) in invasive ductal cancer of breast. Results Compared with normal tissues, the positive rates of expression of the Smac proteins in breast invasive ductal cancer was significantly lower. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The positive rate of expression of the Smac proteins was higher in the group with detectable expression of ER than that in the group without the expression of ER. There was no statistically significant difference in Smac expression between the PR- positive and PR- negative groups (P 〉0.05). The positive rate of expression of the Smac was lower in the group with lymph node metastasis than in the group without lymph node metastasis. The differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Detecting expression of the Smac in combination with ER is an important indicator for prognosis of breast cancer.
