非产毒艰难梭菌对艰难梭菌感染BALB/c小鼠的防治作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察非产毒艰难梭菌对艰难梭菌感染的防治效果。方法用艰难梭菌产毒株人工感染BALB/c小鼠,感染前后分别用非产毒艰难梭菌进行预防与治疗,以小鼠的死亡数、盲肠内容物上清液的细胞毒性和盲肠黏膜的病理变化为观察指标,判断非产毒艰难梭菌对艰难梭菌感染的防治效果。结果非产毒艰难梭菌不能预防艰难梭菌的感染,但在艰难梭菌感染后能明显降低盲肠黏膜的病理损伤。结论非产毒艰难梭菌对感染艰难梭菌的BALB/c小鼠有一定的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the prevention and treatment effect of nontoxigenic Clostridium difficile to protect BALB/c mice against intestinal infection caused by toxigenic Clostridium dificile. Methods Nontoxigenic Clostridium difficile was used before and after infection with toxigenic Clostridium difficile in BLAB/c mice. The mortality of mice, quantity of cytotoxin produced in cecal and histopathogencal destroy were observed. Results There were no bacterio- prophylaxis using and nontoxigenic Clostridium difficile against infection by toxigenic Clostridium difficile, but the enterocolitis of the caecum after the mice was pre-infected with toxigenic Clostrid- ium difficile. Conclusion The study confirms the protective effect and nontoxigenic Clostridium difficile treatment on BLAB/c mice pre-infected with toxinogenic Clostridiurn difficile.
