摘要
目前中国关于职业福利的研究成果主要涉及三方面的问题:职业福利的内涵、作用等基础性问题的研究;职业福利与社会福利、社会保障、薪酬收入等相关范畴关系的研究;中国职业福利发展问题的研究。职业福利的理论研究落后于实践发展,一些基本理念性问题在学术界尚未达成共识,理论基础和理论体系尚未构建,职业福利的宏观研究有待进一步拓展。
At present, China＇ s research on occupational welfare mainly covers three aspects of problems： basic study on the concept and function of occupational welfare; researches on the correlations of occupational welfare with social welfare, social security, and salary income; research on the development of occupational welfare in China. Theoretical research of occupational welfare lags behind its practical development. Some basic concepts haven＇ t reach consensus in the academic field, theoretical basis and theoretical system have not been constructed yet, and the macro - researches on occupational welfare need to be further expanded.
