摘要
培养创新型人才是大学的重要任务。在分析创新型人才特质的基础上,提出只有国家、大学、教师、学生共同奋斗,营造环境,搭建平台,才能培养出更多的创新型人才。
It is an important responsibility to cultivate innovative talents for universities. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of innovative talents, the authors believes that more innovative talents can be cultivated only if the country, universities, teaching faculties and students striving together to create an innovative atmosphere.
