摘要
用汽相传输法制备了氧化锌(ZnO)纳米线,并在室温条件下,测量了在不同波长光的激发下,样品的光致发光谱。实验结果表明,当用325 nm的光激发ZnO纳米线时,观察到峰值波长约为392 nm的紫光峰峰值强度强,峰值波长约为445 nm的蓝光峰峰值强度较弱和峰值波长约为486 nm的蓝绿光峰峰值强度弱;当增加激发光波长到380 nm时,发射光谱变成峰值波长约为520 nm的半高宽较宽、峰值强度较强的带状光谱。同时对发光峰产生的机理进行了分析。
ZnO nanowires were synthesized by the vapor-phase process and different photolumi- nescence (PL) spectra were observed when excited by light with different wavelengths at room tem- perature. When the wavelength of the excitation light was 325 nm, a strong violet emission band at -- 392 nm, a weak blue emission band at --445 nm and a weak blue-green bands at -486nm were ob- served in the PL spectrum. As we increased the wavelength of the excitation light up to 380 nm, an e- ven longer wavelength monochromatic green PL with peak wavelength located at 520 nm appeared. The mechanism of the appearance of luminescence peaks is then analyzed in this paper.
