Application of STARR operation in the treatment of rectocele

目的探讨STARR手术治疗直肠前突的临床疗效、安全性及术中技巧。方法对10例直肠前突经STARR手术治疗后的临床资料进行分析总结。结果全部病例排便困难症状明显改善。结论STARR手术治疗直肠前突安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and operational technique of Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection（STARR）. Methods Clinical data of ten cases underwent STARR operation for rectocele in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Irregular defecation of all cases were changed correctly. Conclusion STARR operation for rectocele was safe and effective.
