Structural Design of Small High-rise Buildings on Dynamic Consolidation Foundation in Deep Backfilling Regions

本文通过对深回填区域强夯地基上的小高层住宅结构设计实例的介绍,阐述了深填方区基础方案的选型思路;介绍了山区压实填土地基,采用基床系数法并考虑上部结构与基础共同作用及整体弯曲影响时的基础受力特点、构造加强措施;分析了地基不均匀沉降对上部结构的影响、受力特点,提供了相应的设计加强措施。

Through a structural design example of a small high-rise building structure over a dynamic compacted deep backfilling foundation, this paper elaborated the type-selection scheme for the foundation in deep backfilling region, introduced the compacted-soil filling foundation in moun- tainous regions, using coefficient of subgrade reaction method for analysis while considering the combined effect of upper and underground struc- ture and the mechanical characteristic under overall bending effect, then analyzed the influence of uneven settlement of foundation on the upper structure and the mechanic characteristic, finally, provided the corresponding design measures.
