摘要
以苄胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经过加成、环合、脱羧等反应合成了1-苄基-3-甲基-4-哌啶酮.对原料配比、反应温度、溶剂、催化剂等条件进行优化,探索出甲醇钠作为缩合剂的反应条件,总收率由文献值60.65%提高到66.75%,简化了合成工艺,节省了原料和成本,利于工业生产.利用气相色谱-质谱,红外光谱、核磁氢谱分析表征.
1-Benzyl-3-methyl-piperidone was prepared with benylamine, methyl methacrylate and methylacry- late as raw materials via a series of 1,4-addition, Diekman condensation and hydrolysis decarboxylation reactions. The material ratio, reaction temperature and catalyst were optimized. Reaction with sodium methoxide as conden- sion agent was investigated. The synthesis route was simplified ; the cost of raw materials was saved and suitable for industrial production. The total yield was increased from 60.65 % up to 66.75 %. The product was characterized by GC-MS, IR and I HNMR.
