摘要
目的观测抑郁模型大鼠海马突触素、多巴胺转运体mRNA的表达,探讨抑郁症的发病机制。方法采用慢性应激复制抑郁大鼠模型。将20只大鼠随机分为正常组、抑郁模型组,以RT-PCR法研究抑郁模型大鼠海马突触素、多巴胺转运体mRNA的表达。结果正常组海马突触素、多巴胺转运体mRNA的平均光密度值分别为0.84±0.08和1.24±0.08;模型组两者的平均光密度值1.24±0.12和1.85±0.09,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为8.87和16.50,P〈0.01)。结论抑郁模型大鼠海马突触素、多巴胺转运体mRNA表达较正常大鼠显著增加。
Objective To study the mechanism of depression by explore the expressional differences of synapsin and dopamine transporter(DAT) mRNA of hippoeampus in depression model rats. Methods Depression model were replicated by chronic stress. 20 rats were randomly divided into normal control group( n= 10) and depression model group( n = 10). Synapsin and DAT mRNA expressions in hippocampus were detected with RT-PCR technique. Result The values of synapsin and DAT mRNA in hippocampus of normal control group were 0.84 ± 0.08 and 1.24 ± 0.08, respectively, and 1.24 ± 0.12 and 1.85 ± 0.09 of model group, their t values were 8.87 and 16.50 ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The expressions of synapsin and DAT mRNA in hippoeampus of depression model rats were increased significantly.
