摘要
从提高工业控制计算机系统的RAS性能出发,提出了一种多主结构的工业控制微型计算机系统的设计方案.系统核心单元由三个同构型的CPU模板构成,依靠互测互诊、故障隔离和系统重构等手段,使系统的平均无故障运行时间大大延长.在三模取二(TMR)方式下工作,可以杜绝瞬态故障和干扰造成的运行错误,与单CPU系统和普通双CPU系统相比,RAS性能得以全面提高.
This paper introduces a design scheme of highperformance microcomputer system for industrial control with graded network structure. Three CPU boards are used to make up a central governmentunit shared BUS. Singlechip computer is used to make principal I/O data channels intelligent. Depending on effective methods of hardware redundancy, fault detection and fault diagnosis, RAS performance of the system is reinforced.And parallel ability and flexibility of the system is also improved.
