摘要
随着社会就业形势的日趋严峻,大学生就业心理压力问题也越发突显出来,因就业压力引发的恶性事件时有发生,这给高校的就业工作以及心理健康教育工作提出了新的挑战。大学生的就业心理压力来源是多方面、多层次的,我们必须通过就业形势分析、正确认识自我、求职技能训练、心理干预等措施来对大学生进行多渠道、全方位的调适,以提升大学生的就业心理调适能力,增强大学生的心理抗压能力,保障大学生健康成才与成长。
With the employment situation becoming more and more severe, university students' psychological pressure are becoming more and more prominent. Severe incidents caused by employment pressure sometimes happened, which makes new challenges to the work of employment affairs and mental health education. The source of university students' employment psychological pressure lies in different aspects and on different levels. Thus, we should help students analyze the employment situation, make correct self-awareness, get some job hunting training, and we also have to give them psy- chological intervention and so on. With these different measures and all aspects of adjustment, we can improve students' psychological adjustment on employment, enhance their ability of resisting psychological pressure, and ensure their healthy growth.
