摘要 针对常用振动传感器灵敏度低、测量范围小以及材料缺陷等缺点,在分析光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感原理的基础上,设计了一种基于悬臂梁结构匹配光栅滤波解调的振动传感器。通过附加电磁阻尼,提高了传感器的灵敏度以及信号检测的稳定性,扩大了频率测量范围。利用激振器标准信号进行振动测试实验,并加以傅里叶分析,得到了良好的实验结果。通过实验测试证明:无失真检测频率可达300 Hz,系统频带宽,稳定性好,灵敏度高。 A novel fiber Bragg grating vibration sensor was presented,which employed cantilever beam and matching filtering demodulation technology. This system overcomes commonly used vibration sensors' shortcomings, such as low sensitivity, small measuring range, material defects. Through adding electromagnetic damping, the sensitivity of signal detection was improved and the range of frequency measurement was expanded. The vibration testing experiments were carried out using vibrator standard sig- nal, and Fourier analysis was applied. The non-distortion testing frequency was up to 300 Hz. The system has the following advantages, wide frequency bandwidth, good stability and high sensitivity.
