摘要
在CX8800工业气相色谱仪的基础上,基于虚拟仪器技术研究开发了其上位机系统,实现上位机对工业色谱仪的远距离控制,可进行实时数据的接收、处理和显示等。文中重点介绍了LabWindows/CVI的多线程机制在上位机通信系统设计中的应用,并介绍了通信软件的开发,CRC校验的实现等。结果表明:该设计可以实现上位机和工业色谱仪之间准确、快速、稳定的数据通信。
In the CX8800 industry gas chromatograph foundation, this paper developed the master computer system based on virtual instrument technology, realized remote control of the master computer to industrial chromatograph. It can carry on receiving the real-time data, processing and the demonstration and so on. The paper introduced with emphasis the application of the multithread mechanism based on LabWindows/CVI in master computer communication system, and presented the development of the communication software, and the realization of the CRC verification. The result indicates that this design can guarantee the communication between the master computer and industrial chromatograph is accurate, fast and stable.
