摘要
介绍了一款可在-50-400℃范围内实现0.01℃高分辨力和0.05%±0.05℃高精度便携式数字温度计。在设计上以MSP430F425单片机为核心,电源部分由单节五号电池外加DC-DC升压电路组成,采用恒流源做为传感器激励源,再辅以信号调理电路。文中从整体硬件结构和软件结构2个方面具体分析了实现高精度、高分辨率和便携式等设计要求所需注意的细节。经过实际测试,所设计的仪表的各项参数达到了设计要求,简化了硬件结构,降低了生产成本。
This paper introduced a new kind of digital thermometer which can achieve 0.01 ℃ resolution and 0.05% - 0.05 ℃high accuracy in the range from - 50.00 ℃ to 400.00 ℃. The design took the MSP430F425 single chip microcomputer as the core, the power unit was composed by a single 1.5 V buttery with boost DC-DC circuit, and used the constant current source to drive the sensor auxiliary by the signal processing circuit. The paper analyzed the details from the overall hardware and software architecture request by the high accuracy and high resolution. After the actual test, each parameter has achieved the design requirements, and simplified the hardware architecture and reduced the production cost.
